The country is under everything. The survival and growth of free institutions and of our civilization depend on their rational use and their general appropriation. REAL ESTATE AGENTS must recognize that the interests of the nation and its citizens require the highest and best use of the country and the widest possible distribution of land ownership. They require the creation of adequate housing, the construction of functional cities, the development of industries and productive operations, and the maintenance of a healthy environment.
These interests impose obligations that go beyond normal trade. They impose a serious social responsibility and a patriotic duty that REAL ESTATE AGENTS must assume and for which they must prepare carefully. If REALTORS® represents a buyer, seller, owner, tenant, or other customer as a representative, they are committed to protecting and promoting their customer's interests. This obligation to the client is primary, but does not exempt REAL ESTATE AGENTS from their obligation to treat all parties honestly. If REALTORS® represents a buyer, seller, owner, tenant, or other customer as a representative, they are committed to protecting and promoting their customer's interests. This obligation to the client is primary, but does not exempt REAL ESTATE AGENTS from their obligation to treat all parties honestly. When the word REALTORS® is used in this code and in the preamble, it is considered REALTOR-ASSOCIATE®.
Although the Code of Ethics establishes obligations that may be greater than those required by law, in all cases in which the Code of Ethics conflicts with the law, the obligations of the law must prevail.

The country is under everything. The survival and growth of free institutions and our civilization depend on their rational use and general appropriation. REAL ESTATE AGENTS must recognize that the interests of the nation and its citizens require the greatest and best use of land and the widest possible distribution of land ownership. They require the creation of adequate housing, the construction of functional cities, the development of productive industries and companies, and the maintenance of a healthy environment.
These interests impose obligations that go beyond normal trade. They impose a serious social responsibility and a patriotic duty that REAL ESTATE AGENTS must assume and for which they must prepare carefully. REAL ESTATE AGENTS therefore strive to maintain and improve the standards of their calling and share a shared responsibility for their integrity and honor with their REAL ESTATE AGENTS.
REAL ESTATE AGENTS recognize their commitments to clients, customers, the public and others, and constantly strive to stay current on real estate and, as experienced professionals, willingly share the fruits of their experience and studies. with the others. They identify and take action by applying this code of ethics and supporting appropriate regulators to eliminate practices that could harm the public or discredit or dishonor the real estate profession. REAL ESTATE AGENTS are aware that working with other real estate professionals promotes the well-being of those who use their services and requires the exclusive representation of clients. Don't try to gain an unfair advantage over your competitors. and refrain from commenting on other unsolicited practitioners. In cases where your opinion is sought or when REAL ESTATE AGENTS consider that a comment is necessary, their opinion will be given in an objective and professional manner without being influenced by personal motivation or possible advantages or benefits.
